Examen Facilitator Training

The prayer of Examen has a special way of inviting us into a deeper experience of God’s love for us and God’s desire that we know ourselves as dearly beloved. If you have had this experience and would like to offer this space to others, join us for the Examen Training Workshop. We’ll go over the logistics of both online and in person offerings.

 

Prerequisite: Participants will have attended one of the guided prayers of Examen offered by Companions For Your Journey- End of the Month Examen, Seasonal Examen or Year End Examen

Creative Prayer Small Group Training

Short term contemplative groups have proven to be a gentle way of inviting people to explore different spiritual practices one week at a time. In this training workshop you’ll learn how to host a 5 week contemplative group, set goals, and manage logistics of online and in person groups. You'll be equipped with a 5 week curriculum to use in your own circles or shape with your own voice to meet the particular needs of your community. 

 

Prerequisite: Participants will have attended one of the Contemplative Practice Groups hosted by Companions For Your Journey.
